Verão chega no fim de Junho e intensificam-se as actividades ao ar Livre. Os portugueses não dispensam as idas à praia, à esplanada e o convívio com os amigos nesta altura do ano.
Como Portugal Continental é banhado a Oeste a a sul pelo Oceano Atlântico, ficam aqui sugestões de praias a desfrutar:
Sesimbra
Cerca de 40 quilómetros a sul de Lisboa, é uma vila piscatória conhecida pela àgua calma e por ser um porto de pesca. Se a praia estiver com muitas pessoas, pode sempre provar o peixe grelhado num dos muitos restaurantes da vila.
Praia do Meco
Conhecida por ser praia de nudista, é hoje em dia, uma praia frequentada por lisboetas e por adeptos do nudismo. Mas atenção. Se pretende praticar nudismo, terá de caminhar para a zona sul da praia e irá encontrar a zona designada para esta prática.
Praia da Arrifana
Praia que fica a 40 quilómetros de Lagos, no Algarve, tem aproximadamente 500 metros de comprimento e é muito procurada pelos amantes da natureza e pelos praticantes de surf.
Praia da Ilha de Tavira
Localizada em Tavira, permite um passeio e um dia muito bem passado. Terá de apanhar um barco, nas 4 Águas, a 2 quilómetros de Tavira, e após a viagem, irá encontrar uma praia de areal branco e com uma extensão de 7 quilómetros. Poderá almoçar ou jantar num dos inúmeros restaurantes da praia e apanhar o ferry ou o taxi de regresso à cidade.
Estas são apenas algumas das muitas praias portuguesas. Todas elas tem o seu encanto e beleza e merecem a sua visita.

Summer arrives at the end of June and outdoor activities intensify. The Portuguese do not miss the beach, the esplanade and the socializing with friends at this time of year.
As mainland Portugal is bathed in the west and south by the Atlantic Ocean, here are suggestions of beaches to enjoy:
Sesimbra
About 40 kilometers south of Lisbon, is a fishing village known for calm water and for being a fishing port. If the beach is crowded, you can always sample the grilled fish at one of the village's many restaurants.
Meco Beach
Known for being a nudist beach, it is nowadays a beach frequented by people from Lisbon and nudists. But attention. If you want to practice nudism, you will have to walk to the south side of the beach and you will find the area designated for this practice.
Arrifana Beach
Praia that is 40 kilometers from Lagos, in the Algarve, is approximately 500 meters long and is highly sought after by nature lovers and surfers.
Beach of the Island of Tavira
Located in Tavira, it allows a stroll and a very well spent day. You will have to catch a boat, in the 4 Waters, 2 kilometers from Tavira, and after the trip, you will find a white sandy beach with a length of 7 kilometers. You can have lunch or dinner in one of the numerous restaurants on the beach and take the ferry or the taxi back to the city.
These are just some of the many Portuguese beaches. They all have their charm and beauty and are worthy of your visit.
